Elena Neal is a commercial growth advisor and strategy executive with more than two decades of international experience across marketing, growth, brand, sales alignment, and commercial strategy.

Her career began inside leading global advertising and communications networks, where she led agency-side teams and worked with major companies, including Fortune 500 brands, across multiple industries. That foundation shaped her understanding of brand strategy, media, communications, market behavior, and complex cross-functional execution.

She later moved into senior marketing, growth, and commercial strategy roles in the United States, where her work expanded from brand and marketing leadership into the systems behind revenue: go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing alignment, customer acquisition, commercial structure, and growth performance.

Across her career, Elena has built and led marketing and growth functions, developed GTM strategies, connected marketing and sales execution, and helped organizations see where structure, ownership, and coordination either support growth or quietly weaken it.

She is also a cofounder of RapidIRB, a digital platform built to make compliant IRB determinations faster and more accessible, and the author of Built to Hold: What Ant Colonies Reveal About Building Effective Organizations. She holds a master’s degree in communications and public relations.

Elena’s perspective is shaped by more than professional experience. Having lived across countries, traveled extensively, and grown up in a multicultural family, she developed an early sensitivity to context, power, behavior, and unspoken rules. That background informs her interest in human psychology and how people behave inside systems under pressure.
